Very happy with our 10×14′ motorized awning that was professionally installed about two months ago. At the time it was very windy and so the pitch was hard to adjust, About a month later I noticed it needed to be pitched more and no issues with them coming out and making the necessary adjustments. While the price may be higher than some of the ads received in mailers, they handled everything from getting HOA approvals, any permits, etc, so I was not hassled with those items. Also, they have a 10 years warranty on the frame and fabric, 5 years on the motor and the arms. Most other companies don’t even warranty arms!- Dan D.

Because of HOA guides, I installed security shutters INSIDE my home, and, while one might think these would be intrusive, visually, with Jared’s wonderful suggestions about color and location, the overall effect is amazingly streamlined and lovely.

And, let me tell you, Matt and crew, working in limited space and determined to hide electric wiring and anything too “mechanical” looking, outfitted my shutters in a way that has pleased me tremendously.

We had our retractable awning installed last week and are really pleased with it. After losing our shade trees on the back of the house during the June storms we were not able to enjoy our deck at all in the afternoon. I went looking for a retractable shade for my patio, spanning 22 feet was not an easy feat for anyone, I called four places, two called back and only Shading Texas could cover that span. Having no other real choice I put a lot of faith in them and it worked out perfect. The shade is great, I face due west and when down you can still be outside in the dead of sunset.
